Hanoi – Lao Cai - Sapa
What to expect? Sapa is located in the north of Vietnam with a magical combination of landscapes, one of the most beautiful places not only in Vietnam but also in Asia with ethnic cultures and bracing mountain air. Sapa is also well- known for the remote villages of different minorities as Black H’mong and the Red Dzao… No other place is better than this one for you to do trekking and discover!
Itinerary:Day 1: Hanoi Overnight Train to Laocai Leave Hanoi by the overnight train.
Accommodation on train.
Day 2: Laocai - Trekking Sapa – Supan - Sin Chai (B/L/D)Arrive in
Lao Cai early morning. Have local breakfast and an hour for refreshment. A bus will bring you uphill along the winding road to the town of
Sapa, a former French Hill Resort and home to some of Vietnam's most colourful hill tribal groups.
Leave Laocai for Sapa and then continue by jeep head down a track to
Su Pan. Walk on through splendid mountain scenery of terraced rice fields and colorfully-dressed tribal farmers till reaching a family house at a Tay minority village called
Than Phu.
After lunch at Than Phu, trek up in 6 hours to an altitude of over 1,000m before arriving at the isolated and seldom-visited village of
Sin Chai. The trek cook will prepare a delicious evening meal before settling down for the night in a local house or tent.

Day 3: Trekking Sin Chai – Ta Thang – Lao Cai (B/L)Say goodbye to the friendly locals and leave
Sin Chai and start a day hard trekking (about 7 – 8 hours). First, down hilly sides in about 1 hour. Then, up onto thorough slopes another hour before having lunch at the height of 1450m above sea level. From this height, look far and wide, you can witness green terrace fields, dazzling white waterfalls from up – to –the – sky mountains, and murmuring brooks down through low hills.
In the afternoon, climb down steep hills to
Ta Thang. Even though you pass tough routes (esp. if it’s rainy, it’s really hard to make the trip), what you can experience and gain is worth your try. You will have a close look at beautiful girls of minorities groups in colorful brocade clothes.
The hard trek ends in Ta Thang where our bus picks up you then transfers to
Lao Cai. Take a bath in a mini hotel before
overnight train to Hanoi.

Day 4: Arrive at Hanoi in early morning (B)Upon
Hanoi arrival in early morning, picked up and driven to the hotel after breakfast at a local restaurant.
Optional: After arriving at Hanoi, you can take a short trip to
Nhat Tan Market, a famous
Market of flowers with fragrant aroma in Hanoi to experience the Vietnam authentic market.
Tour ends at your hotel at about 8 o’clock.
