LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
You are traveling with a
company where the client’s safety is
paramount. Vietnam was recently voted one of
the safest destinations in the world and we
constantly monitor the region in case any
problems should arise. Your travel insurance
must provide covering against personal
accident, medical expenses. Emergency
repatriation and personal liability. We also
recommend it covers cancellation,
curtailment and loss of luggage and personal
effects. We assume that you will have done
so before your arrival in Vietnam.
Hola Vietnam acts as
intermediary between the concerned airlines,
hotels, all transport operators and local
tourist offices providing the services. Hola
Vietnam is therefore not responsible for any
inconvenience, delay, loss, death, injury or
damage sustained by the tourists, including
those occurring outside the touring
programs. Additional expenses incurred
due to delay, accidents, natural and
disaster, political actions and unrest must
be borne by the tourists. Programs and
prices, services and conditions are based on
those valid at the time of printing and are
therefore subject to change without advance
notice before or during the tour.
CHILDREN AND INFANTS
For all tours children
from 7 to 12 years of age at the time of
booking are charged at 75% of the adult
price. Children from 2 to 6 years of age are
charged 50% of the adult price. Infants
(under 2 years of age at time of booking)
are charged 10% of the adult price unless
otherwise stated in the tour programs.
ITINERARIES
Our itineraries sometimes
change during the course of the year.
Sometimes this will be as a result of
improvements stemming from past travelers’
feedback or circumstances beyond Hola
Vietnam’s control. Every effort will be made
to operate tours as planned. We ask for your
understanding and patience.
EARLY CHECK-IN
Immediate check-in has
not been included in the tour prices. Most
hotels allow check-in to take place during
the mid-afternoon. Should you wish to have
your room ready for immediate check-in upon
your arrival; Hola Vietnam can arrange this
for an additional charge. Please ask for
details and prices.
DEPOSIT
For all programs a non refundable deposit
of € 100 per person is required at the time
of booking. Final payment is due 60 working
days prior to your arrival. If your
reservation is made within 60 days of
departure, the entire cost of the trip must
be paid at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
More than 60 days
before arrival: no cancellation charge (
€ 100 non refundable deposit will be
forfeited)
14-60 days before
arrival: 10% of the price
7-13 days before
arrival: 50% of the price
Less than 7 days
before arrival: 100% of the price
CANCELLATION OF EXTRA
SERVICES
For additional hotel nights and other
extra services booked in connection with
tour programs, cancellations will be charged
as follows:
More than 30 days
prior to the service will be refunded in
full
15-30 days in
advance: 50% of the price
Less than 15 days in
advance: 100% of the price.
AMENDMENTS / ALTERATIONS
An amendment fee of € 30 per person will
be applied every time a confirmed booking
requires amendments. This fee is in addition
to any charges levied by hotels, ground
operators or airlines.
No amendments are permitted to your
booking within 10 days of departure.
CONFIRMATION
You should reconfirm your
reservation and send the full payment to
Hola Vietnam at least 14 working days before
your arrival in Vietnam. Your reservation is
effective only when you have done this
confirmation.
PAYMENT
Hola Vietnam must receive
a full payment of total tour cost at least
14 working days before your travel. Deposit
should transfer to bank account of Hola
Vietnam.
CLAIMS AND REFUNDS OF
UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges
can be made in respect of accommodation,
meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any
other services which are included in the
tour prices but not utilized by the tour
member.
For claims to be
considered, they must be received in writing
within 30 days of the termination of the
program and be accompanied by supporting
documentation. Any adjustment considered
will be based on the actual price of the
services. Hola Vietnam will not accept any
liability for any claims that are not
received within 30 days of the termination
of your travel program. All claims for days
missed while traveling should be made in
writing within 30 days of the termination of
the program.
PHOTOGRAPHY
During your program, we
reserve the right to take photograph and to
use them for the promotion service.
